HISTORY

When Dr. Jerry McGee realized that his ex-wife Tina had began a relationship with Wally "the Flash" West, he used his expertise on "hyper-physiology" to make himself a speedster. Using steroids and implants, McGee gained super-speed, not on the Flash's level, but with great super-strength to compensate. However, the treatment also affected his brain, making him a psychotic killing machine. As "the Speed Demon", or "Speed McGee", McGee almost killed the Flash before his own body collapsed. After getting professional treatment, McGee was cured. Tina returned to him and Wally became one of his best friends.
