- This issue is presented as an "Imaginary" Story, telling the "final" story of (the Silver Age) Superman, thus the character links will bring lead to the DCU Guide's Silver Age / Pre-Crisis versions of the characters. The events of this story were later designated as occurring on "Earth-423" in Crisis on Infinite Earths: Absolute Edition (November 2005).
