HISTORY

Administer Lash was a follower as well as the leader of the fear religion known as the Sacrament. The disappearance of the Guardians of the Universe and their Green Lantern Corps gave rise to the Sinestro Corps. For the Sacrament, they could step out from the darkness and into the light provided they followed Sinestro's law. Sinestro tasked the Sacrament with running the Fear Engine, a massive device within Warworld which would increase the power of the Sinestro Corps.

The capture of Green Lantern Guy Gardner heralded the return of the Green Lantern Corps, and Sinestro ordered Administer Lash to torture Gardner for their location. Despite his efforts and enthusiasm, Lash could not break Gardner. The Fear Engine itself ran briefly as Green Lantern Hal Jordan saw to its destruction, along with that of Warworld. While Administer Lash's death has not been confirmed, there has not been any news of his survival either.
