Synopsis:

Aquaman is deeply disturbed about the situation beneath the waves, but he only knows the half of it... Lord Vulko discovers the extent of the treachery practiced by the sorcerous ruling classes when he accompanies some prisoners, supposed traitors who are anything but. He is given hope when they are saved by one of the sorcerers' monstrous creations which has retained some humanity, and vows to return things in Atlantis to how they should be.
