Synopsis: - Anton Geist sees that things are not as they should be in Sub Diego and heads out to investigate. He finds the city under the tyrannical grip of a black-haired Aquaman, who is in control of Lorena Marquez as Aquagirl. Geist is sentenced to death along with council president Salvatore Asano, but they are rescued by the Ocean Master, who looks exactly like the Aquaman Geist knows.
