Synopsis: - Aquaman tells Alonzo Malrey that he should get himself registered as a police officer with the Sub Diego council, or he won't be very pleased. The citizens of the drowned city then receive visitors, a diplomatic mission from Atlantis. Vulko has come to offer Aquaman his throne back, but Aquaman is none to pleased. However, some Sub Diegans, including Lorena, decide to take a trip to Atlantis.
- Aquaman also has to deal with the problem he has with Progene Tech, that they have patented some of his DNA to use with the water-breathing situation. He seeks advice from the JLA, but Martian Manhunter advises him that there is an escalating global crisis, so few heroes are available to help him. Aquaman decides to use other avenues, and before long his new acquaintance Esther Maris has requested an interview with Mr. J, the Progene Tech spokesman.
