- One of the deadliest villains from Batman's past has returned, one so powerful he's even gone toe-to-toe with the JLA. But unknown to him, the mystery villain is the one with a target on his back this time, and the hunter in question is none other than Hush!
Synopsis: - Prometheus stands off against the police and Green Arrow in Star City, sustaining several arrow wounds before Tommy Elliot arrives and intervenes, pushing a police officer to his death before disappearing with Prometheus and operating on him to heal his wounds. Batman arrives, and Green Arrow is angry that his fellow hero didn't tell him of his enemy's imminent arrival in Star City, and Batman is forced to admit that he should have asked for help. As Green Arrow informs the police officers family of his death, Batman returns to Gotham, in the hope that he can prevent any further innocent deaths.
