Synopsis: - Convinced Booster Gold is an advance scout for Emperor Aquaman, General Nathaniel Adam utilizes Project Six against the "Atlantean." Booster Gold knows the creature by another name, Doomsday. The general, by way of matching helmets, has mental control over Doomsday and thus he can battle Booster Gold.
- Their fight path crosses Alexandra Gianopoulos, an heiress whose father had been killed by Aquaman sometime in the past. Alexandra comes to trust Booster, but does not reveal her superpowers which involve a form of power duplication. Unbeknownst to Booster, she attacks the aircraft that deployed Doomsday, not realizing she's disrupted General Adam's control of the monster. Now free, Doomsday's savagery is a threat to all life.
