Comment(s):

Story continues in the next issue.
This incarnation of the Royal Flush Gang may be the originals from Justice League of America Vol. 1 #43, but their "suit" was Clubs, not Spades.
The meeting shown here represents a meeting shown on the cover of Flash Vol. 1 #123 between the two first Flashes, but cannot be their first since they met previously in Secret Origins Vol. 2 #50.
Johnny Thunder replaces the Wonder Woman of Earth-Two in the flashback to Flash Vol. 1 #137.
In the Post-Crisis Universe, the second Black Canary should have been in all Justice League flashbacks, but is absent from all recollections by Paul Lincoln.

Sgt. Rock (his death in World War II is shown)

Other Character(s):

Mademoiselle Marie's son (first appearance; strongly resembles Frank Rock)

Comment(s):

This story is narrated by Captain Storm and takes place on July 4th, 1976.
If this story is in continuity, then The Losers survived World War II.
Since it has been revealed that there have been more than one Mademoiselle Marie, it is possible that this one survived to 1976 and had Frank Rock's son.
