The appearances of the Marvel Family should be considered the alternate Earth version of these characters since their New Earth versions are considerably different than these counterparts.
Exact placement of everyone during the Crisis Event is not available at this time.
Since Booster Gold began his career after the Crisis, his appearance here is a trip back in time for him, and chronological placement is difficult to determine.
Since the Suicide Squad's involvement was not public knowledge at the time, Paul may have heard about it at a later date or through police channels.
