- This series expands on the story of the DC Universe Online MMORPG video game released on January 11, 2011. For indexing purposes, the character links will refer to their pre-Flashpoint versions.
- The story starts at some point in the near future as well as a few years earlier, presumably the present day. Per dialogue next issue, it cam be presumed Shaolin Robot and Red Socialist Guardsman are eliminated by Brainiac.
