Synopsis:

Batman continues the search for Neisha's sister, which is all the more important now that Neisha and Leslie Thompkins have been kidnapped by singer L'Shea's bodyguards. L'Shea is actually Helen Dupris, Neisha's sister. L'Shea is enraged as she discovers it was her husband who ordered Neisha to be shot, and she is holding him hostage while Leslie attends to Neisha; L'Shea does not want to make the decision over whether Leslie should attempt a Caesarean delivery which could kill Neisha. But the baby she's carrying is to be passed off as L'Shea's own. A listening device he planted on Biggie Tiny reveals that Mister Freeze is heading up the Hill's street gangs, with Capo Siegel as a subordinate. He manages to track everyone down just as Tiny and others attack, armed with three freeze-suits, which brings to mind another occasion, years ago, when Leslie was attacked in her clinic in Africa. As the fire (or ice) fight escalates, the building begins to collapse.
