Synopsis: - A number of changes occur in the life of Barry Allen as he meets the new captain, Darryl Frye. He also moves out of his house and into the Utopia Towers apartments where he meets Fiona Webb and befriends Mack Nathan and Mack's son Troy.
- Mack Nathan is a researcher at S.T.A.R. Labs and finds the Trickster attempting to steal information on the project he was working on. Fortunately Barry, as the Flash, is able to stop the villain.
