Synopsis:

Magenta turns against the Rogues when Girder makes one too many lewd comments at her expense, and rips Girder in two; she is herself knocked out of the sky by Weather Wizard, while Blacksmith makes Kenyon suffer, and is delighted to see him turn tail and run. Numerous criminals rampage through the streets of Central City and Keystone, and at police headquarters, Morillo takes several bullets to the chest until Plunder is out of ammo - Chyre is then able to take on Plunder and Murmur - much to Hunter Zolomon's astonishment, Morillo is unharmed by his experience.
Blacksmith taunts Flash that his twin cities are lost, but he is soon joined by Keystone's armies of blue collar workers under the leadership of Keith Kenyon, and in time the white collar workers of Central City. Both groups converge on Blacksmith on the Van Buren Bridge which links the two cities, where her plan becomes dreadfully apparent - she will destroy the bridge and all the lives on it. But even as she does so, the Flash has time to quickly brush up on his engineering skills and rebuild the bridge, better than it ever was before. Appalled, Blacksmith is soon defeated.
Later, while Mirror Master, Weather Wizard and the new Trickster flee the cities, they encounter Captain Cold, who says the Rogues need some real leadership, i.e. him. And at S.T.A.R. Labs, it is discovered that Cyborg is once more half-man, half-machine, due to his brief connection with the Thinker. And more importantly, Linda discovers that she is pregnant.
