Synopsis: - The Flash has been frozen by Mister Element, and Captain Cold does not approve of his rival's sloppy workmanship. He escapes from the police - who assume he is the cop-killer - and thaws Flash out at the ice hockey rink, where he wants to find out the identity of the man responsible for framing him. Ashley Zolomon meets with Wally West and Alexander Petrov, and Linda Park goes off to talk to Iris, not feeling she can talk to Wally. When West returns home, Batman is waiting for him. Unlike everyone else, including Wally who still isn't sure, Batman knows that West is the Flash.
