Synopsis: - Green Arrow spends some quality time with his son, first at the Star City Youth Centre (which he now runs with Stanley Dover's money) and also on the city streets. He also discovers that Mia (who he has forced to go to school if she wants to carry on living with him) has aspirations to be his next crime-fighting partner, but warns her off. He doesn't want a partner, as he doesn't want to waste anyone else's youth.
