Synopsis: - The Riddler has an atomic bomb and Star City appears to be sealed off, preventing the populace from evacuating. However, all of this is merely a sideshow, as Albert Davis summons an army of demonic creatures to protect Star City 'from danger of the light'. As he completes a mystic ritual, all mechanical devices in the city go dead, the city is sealed in a glowing blue dome and demons appear on the street, proclaiming 'Peace or Perish'. Anyone who steps out of line is instantly killed.
