Synopsis: - The demonic martial law in star City continues, and its enforcers are getting stricter - they killed eight children simply for opening a fire hydrant when they ran out of water. The two Green Arrows must mobilise an army of their own to get to Albert Davis, the man behind the situation. The recruit both the toughest officers in the police force and the toughest criminals, equip them with antique weaponry such as (of course) bows and arrows and prepare to head out. But not before they gain another recruit - Mia Dearden, who is determined not to be left behind.
