Comment(s):
- The title "Deus Novus Viarum" is in Latin and translates into English as "God of New Ways."
- Despite the cover, Kilowog does not appear in this issue and the solicitations do not match the actual story.
- Bekka's identity is presumed. It is possible she has been misidentified, and if s the DCU Guide will correct at that point.
- The names of some of the ancient Oans are extrapolated from the one name given to the "Maltusian" three-name format, such as Appa is Appa-Ali-Apsa.
- The New Gods captured by the Oans are contained in either a green energy sphere, a yellow diamond or a violet star shape, suggesting the Oans are utilizing the emotional spectrum. If this is the case, it is not known if the selection of the color has any bearing on the Oan who created the construct or the NEw God imprisoned therein.
- The "ancient past" is at least 3 billion years ago. The DCU Guide will update and clarify as more information is given.
