Synopsis: - The new JLA come to terms with their new role, and try to get the world to come to terms with them in the midst of a mysterious drought. Meanwhile, unbenownst to them, Zatanna has been taken over by another being, which does battle with Tempest. The Atom discovers the cause of the drought - all the water is draining away to Atlantis. And when they take a look, they discover something quite shocking - Superman's skeleton.
