HISTORY

Celia Windward was one of the ten humans selected by the Guardians of the Universe to become mankind's next step in evolution. She represented Jamaica, and became the hero Jet. She joined the New Guardians, and protected the Earth until she died during the Invasion.

Years later, Jet was brought back to life in unknown circumstances, and became the leader of the Global Guardians.
