Synopsis: - Deconstructo has separated Power Girl's head from her body, but Doctor Light soon realizes that she is not dead, as Deconstructo's power does not destroy, only change. The League decides to use his arrogance against him, causing him to lose confidence, and more importantly, to lose his reality-altering weapon. London is soon back to normal, but Justice League Europe is still without a leader. Until, that is, Green Lantern pops in.
