Synopsis:

Booster Gold and Claire Montgomery form the Conglomerate, a corporate-sponsored super-team. However, they soon find that their sponsors want to control absolutely everything they do. Things come to a head with a situation at Dupree Chemicals when their corporate sponsor tries to get them killed in order to bring in a more subservient hero. By this time, however, the Conglomerate has become affiliated with the Justice League and has some very powerful friends.
