HISTORY

The King of Tears' exact nature is too terrible to contemplate, but it is extremely dangerous. An extra-dimensional being, it was enough to make the Spectre cry, and has twice been brought into the world by the deranged Johnny Sorrow, each time thwarted by the Justice Society of America.
