"Traitor's Revenge" part 2! As a result of Traitor's machinations, the Atom towers over his JLA buddy, Hal Jordan! But has the Atom been enlarged? Or is it Green Lantern who's been reduced? The answer may lie in GL's ring, but only if the Atom himself wields it!

Synopsis:

The Atom explains that it is not him that has grown but the rest of the Earth which has shrunk, trapped inside GL's power ring, having exchanged places with Traitor's world. Maybe this wouldn't really be all that awful, but unfortunately, things that are shrunk (other than the Atom) tend to explode after a while, so the heroes are on a tight schedule to return things to normal.
Traitor has kidnapped Carol Ferris and Jean Loring to try and ensure the heroes' non-involvement, but they are able to work around the problematic double jeopardy in which they are placed. With the somewhat unintentional help of one of Traitor's subjects, they are able to return the Earth to its rightful place outside the ring, and Traitor drifts his way into the sun.
