HISTORY

For six hundred years, Mallow has led a group of marauders in attacks against settlements across the outer planets of Space Sector 614, leaving no survivors. Their headquarters, Fort Pierce, is located within a violent asteroid storm. At some point Mallow was chosen to join the Sinestro Corps.

Mallow was among the thousands on Qward during the capture of Green Lantern Kyle Rayner, and Rayner's forcible separation from the Ion entity. Parallax was then able to graft himself onto Rayner.

Mallow's activities during the Sinestro Corps War have yet to be documented. It is not known if Mallow is still at large or if he is being held in the sciencecells on Oa.

As a member of the Sinestro Corps, Mallow possesses a yellow power ring and power battery.

Mallow is said to be based upon Keith Mallow, owner of Collector's Comics in Fort Pierce, Florida. If so, this is not Keith Mallow's first "appearance" in the DC Universe as he was also the character Mallo, the Keeper of the Cosmic Balance in Action Comics #515 (January 1981) "This Is My World, and You're Welcome to It" and DC Comics Presents #30/2 (February 1981) (second story) "Whatever Happened to the Golden Age Atom?"
