Synopsis:

Undisciplined and inexperienced, the Power Company (and Skyrocket) get their proverbial butts kicked by the mysterious Dragoneer and his dragon Fireheart, which is bad publicity for the Company. The villainous Strike Force has not fared better, and their employer, Doctor Cyber, is displeased with them. The Dragoneer leaves the battlefield, but later resurfaces on the island of Alcatraz, beginning a ritual to invoke his unknown "master" with the Godstone. The Power Company with Skyrocket take up the battle, and the Strike Force closes in to get their hand on the Godstone... Meanwhile, the scared runaway Sapphire sees the Power Company on television, and gets an idea.
