Synopsis:

Skyrocket fights Javelin, an old enemy whom she thought was dead, and learns that he is an agent of the mysterious Doctor Cyber. Christine St. Clair and Asano Nitobe have finally found Manhunter, the clone of their friend Paul Kirk, and are intent on killing it. But the clone claims he is not a bad guy, just a man who did not ask to be born but intends to stay alive as long as possible. Hesitating, Christine and Asano let Manhunter go. But Christine vows to keep an eye on him. Meanwhile, the villainous Cadre plan their next attack... on the San Francisco S.T.A.R. Labs.
