HISTORY
The younger brother of Eobard Thawne, Robern was instantly hated by his older sibling as a distraction from Eobard's goal of studying the speed force. As years went on, Robern joined his era's police force and ulitmately had the task of arresting Eobard for illegally studying the speed force outside of the Flash Museum. Before he could complete the arrest, Robern was killed by the Reverse-Flash, a future version of Eobard which was travelling through Eobard's timeline brutally "editting" portions of his life. As such, Robern does not and/or did not exist.
