HISTORY

Girlfriend to adventurer Rex Mason, who became Metamorpho while trying to impress her father, Simon Stagg. Over the years, Sapphire gained the strength to defy her father and marry Rex. Rex and Sapphire had one child, Joey, who had inherited mutagenic powers from Metamorpho, but was later cured of these powers.
