Synopsis:

Jack Knight is surrounded by villains, many of whom he has faced in the past, and is about to be killed by Culp. Luckily, there are some heroes left at large in Opal, and these come to his rescue: first Adam Strange and then the Black Condor, who frees Mikaal. Mikaal is able to recharge Jack's rod, and all of Culp's captives are able to escape.
Elongated Man and Sue Dibny seek out the famous detective, Hamilton Drew, and Ted Knight visits a doctor friend, explaining that he has sustained radiation burns and wishes to know the extent of these injuries.
And finally, Bobo Bennetti returns to life...
