HISTORY

A few years after the demise of the first Royal Flush Gang, a second team was created by Hector Hammond. The Ten in this Gang was test pilot named Wanda Wayland, who had been fired when she resisted her boss's advances and was more than happy to leave it behind for a criminal career.

Wanda and her Gang clashed with various super-heroes - mainly the Justice League, but also the New Titans and Starman V - time and again. Recently, the Royal Flush Gang extended its organization to include a whole deck of cards, and Wanda now probably shares her commanding level with three other Tens.
