Synopsis:

Diana's world turns upside down when she delivers the unconscious Helen Anderson to the hospital and finds the Quincy police waiting to arrest her. Helen is in shock because because of Psycho planting the fear of his own mother into the fetus' mind. With the help of the doctors and Inspector Indelicato Diana convinces the local police and Helen's husband to allow her to help Helen. She uses the power of Artemis to ease the fear filled infant's mind and to deliver the baby. Both mother and newborn son survive.
In Gotham, the hospital is swamped with casualties of the violent clash between Bana-Mighdall Amazons, Themyscirans, police and masked gunmen. Inspector Indelicato's partner, Lt. Shands, was killed by Bana-Mighdall Amazons while staking out a museum. Among the dead is Hellene. Philippus lies in critical condition while Pythia and Euboea are on the run from everybody. The two fugitive Amazons search for Princess Diana to help them find Queen Hippolyte who disappeared at the onset of violence. Victims, including Philippus were mauled as if by a savage beast.

Dr. Psycho, disguised as Horace Westlake escapes from Diana's magic lasso and kidnaps Julia Kapatelis from her own home.
