Superman and Batman are knighted by King Arthur.
The appearance of green kryptonite in the 6th Century was explained in Action Comics #274 (March 1961) as a kryptnite meteor had interacted with a hydrogen bomb test fragments were sent back in time.
This version of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table have super powers, something not seen in any other DC Comics appearances, therefore their canocity can't be confirmed.
