HISTORY

Sometime during the 1940s, an ex-convict stole an experimental suit of armor from the War Department. As the suit was powered by radium, he sought to raid a shipment of the element only to run afoul of the first Hourman and have the suit destroyed.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

 : The radium powered armor was able to lift several tons and was impervious to small arms fire.
