| The purpose of the Unofficial History of the DC Universe is to chronicle the events of the DC Universe from spanning from creation to the end of time.
The DC Universe has experienced a number of reality-changing events. As a result the History of the DC Universe will be divided into more than one timeline/reality. The timelines will focus on the events of the main Earth. Parallel Earths of the Multiverse will only be included when they cross over with the main timeline.
The History of the DC Universe is here!We are finally ready to present the first draft of the post-Crisis DC Universe timeline, with others to come in the near future. This new timeline focuses on the time from Crisis on Infinite Earths to Flashpoint and works as an overview of what happened in the DC Universe between major events. A more detailed timeline going from the Dawn to the End of Time is still being worked upon and we will soon present a first draft of that timeline as well. |

The history of the DC Universe will for now be divided into these three realities/timelines:

The histories will use references to link to the issues where the event took place and we are also working on a better integration with the chronologies, so that each section of the timelines will be linked to a more detailed flowchart of the chronology.
