HISTORY
A Scottish villain who took up the name and gimmicks of the Mirror Master, Evan McCulloch has tended to work alone, or for the highest bidder, but has recently become a regular part of the Rogues Gallery who battle the Flash. He is greedy, but not evil, having worked for Batman to undermine the Injustice League - for, of course, the right price.
