Comment(s):

This story is quite possibly apocryphal, as the make-up of the Justice League, combined with the presence of both Flash III and IV is mind-bogglingly impossible.

Synopsis:

Green Lantern is contacted by Major Lutwidge of the D.E.O. who tells him that Bedlam has escaped and may be inhabiting the body of a super-hero - they need him to scan various heroes and transmit the data to them, so that they can check. After GL has checked out numerous heroes, he is tipped off that this is not a sanctioned D.E.O. project - Bedlam is still safe. He heads back and discovers that Lutwidge and his colleagues are actually programming a new Amazo with all these abilities, but as GL had not scanned himself, he is able to defeat this android with abilities it is unaware of.
