This template automatically turn character names in links to profiles into the standards used in the Guide.

The template should be used as follows:

Basic usage:

{{a|Character Name (Real Name)}} with "Character Name (Real Name)" being the name of the character's profile page.

Inputting: {{a|Batman (Bruce Wayne)}} results in: Batman

Please note: "The" can be used when linking to characters, but the profile page will always be without "The".

Inputting: {{a|The Batman (Bruce Wayne)}} results in: The Batman

Usage with Display Name applied:

{{a|Character Name (Real Name)|Display Name}} with "Character Name (Real Name)" being the name of the character's profile page and Display Name being the name that should appear if different from the Character Name.

Inputting: {{a|Batman (Bruce Wayne)|Bruce Wayne}} results in: Bruce Wayne
