Synopsis: - Two-Face escapes from Batman and Robin with an access disk, which he uses to foul up the whole of Gotham's criminal records system, overloading the already crowded Blackgate. A busload of convicts crashes into a cinema, causing a major hostage situation, which Batman and Robin deal with in a manner which annoys the police. Elsewhere, Two-Face kills his henchman Ralphie, testing his double gallows trap.
