Synopsis: - Superman has to contend with the Cannibal Planet, a legendary menace known to consume suns, while Lois Lane observes the Candidate being attacked by Snipe. Superman defeats the Cannibal Planet, learning that Snipe caused its arrival in the solar system in order to distract the hero. Lois Lane throw's Snipe's aim off and Superman defeats the assassin. It soon becomes clear that the Candidate arranged the attack, wanting to be a martyr. Now, nobody would ever vote for him.
