- Batgirl encounters the Black Wind, leader of a rebel group from Tarakstan, in Gotham. When Oracle persuades Batman that Batgirl really needs a break away from Gotham, the two ladies go on a cruise. Oddly enough, they soon discover that Superboy is aboard the boat, as is Vilom Namali, a Taraksanian businessman assumed to have been Black Wind's target in Gotham.
