Synopsis: - Batman and Robin trail Vito Procaccini and Karl Branneck, their suspects for the dumpster killings, and in time, Branneck kills Procaccini, but the evidence, obtained by Batman, is thrown out of court. Branneck is then killed by Judy Koslosky, the sister of his and Vito's second victim, who will almost certainly get away with the killing, believing that she hasn't really killed a man, she's "put down a mad dog."
