Synopsis: - The need for Batman, Black Canary and Arsenal to fight Etrigan is removed when the demon's body is possessed by Deadman who begins to explain what's going on. In heaven, Green Arrow's soul explains to his body that he was created in an attempt by himself and Parallax (Hal Jordan) to right some wrongs. Now the Spectre, Jordan tries to persuade the soul to rejoin the body, but fails and the body must return to Earth alone.
- When he does so, he is knocked out by Stanley Dover, who ties him up in a cellar alongside Mia Dearden. As Connor Hawke gets a sudden feeling that his dad needs him, Stanley Dover introduces Arrow to his 'monster' - a frightened kid trapped in a glass cage.
