HISTORY
- Harring was a relatively barren planet and the site of a prison colony, created by the Guardians of the Universe. Numerous convicts were sentenced to serve time preparing the planet for recolonization of its populace.
- Two notable convicts were former Green Lanterns Hal Jordan and Thaal Sinestro. It was the latter who caught the attention of Atrocitus and his Red Lantern Corps.
