Synopsis: - The Crime Syndicate discovers that Power Ring has changed, replaced by a new man, and they then discover that their entire universe was destroyed and remade, meaning that Power Ring was probably only one of many changes. They hold the Justice League responsible and decide to travel to the other Earth to make the League pay. Meanwhile on Qward, the ruling council is also aware of their universe's end and new beginning. They also remember their defeat by the Syndicate, and Commander Roval of the Thunderers uses this to stage a coup, becoming Highlord of the planet, and appointing Diataria Lysis, an ambitious female council member, as the First Weaponer. As the Qwardians gather a force to smite their enemies, the Justice League find themselves fighting meteorological conditions that are out of the ordinary. The Syndicate arrive on the planet and watch them. They then gather funds and embark on the next stage of their scheme, by disguising themselves as the Justice League members they resemble.
