Synopsis: - Superman tracks some criminals who have stolen an experimental e.m. pulse rifle and generators from S.T.A.R. Labs in Metropolis to Gotham City, and works with Robin to capture them. Robin is thrilled to meet Superman, and enjoys working with him, as does the elder hero, who follows Robin's tactical judgement without question.
