HISTORY

Ozrad is a planet located within Space Sector 2910. Relatively little has been documented regarding its specific culture or history. Its societal development is marked by a technological level more advanced than present-day Earth. The populace is familiar with off-world civilizations.

The planet was the site of an altercation between Green Lantern Jessica Cruz and local law enforcement. Cruz was tasked with transporting the high-value Tezuan criminal, Accampo Tor'mn, to a Tezuan prison facility when she was struck by a specialized, rage-inducing weapon, which severely impaired her judgment and emotional stability. The weapon’s effects led to a violent altercation between Cruz and Ozrad’s local law enforcement agencies. The chaos necessitated the intervention of fellow Green Lantern Tig. Cruz was briefly apprehended by the less experienced Lantern, before she was able to make an escape.
