Synopsis: - The police investigate Cairo DeFrey's kidnapping, learning (when Peter gets an echo of the events somehow) that Scorpio, the international crime cartel, is somehow involved - they warn the Justice League of this. Peter follows the kidnappers, and rescues Cairo, learning that Cairo is well aware of his dual identity. Meanwhile, Havoc and Evila continue their plans, while Hubert Abercrombie deliberately sets Crusader against Thunderbolt.
