HISTORY

Angered at being overlook for his achievements in science, Professor Hugo decided to destroy the celebrations in Gotham City for its new History Museum. Creating a Brain Stimulator, he prepared to increase his intelligence even more. Succeeding, Hugo was shocked to see that his brain and his skull had grotesquely increased in size. Defeated by Batman and Robin, he moved and for the remainder of his known criminal career matched wits with the Martian Manhunter.
